I'm just guessing but is z=40?
X1=0 and x2=8?

Incorrect.
Here's a hint, replace x1 and x2 with x and y.
Then graph all the equations.

"Here's a hint"? Weren't you asking for help, not testing us?

The thing is that I know how to maths. but yall dont know how to. Its simple af yet so hard for yall.

you made this post asking for help you fucking goober

At first, then I realized I could solve it with basic algebra.
Then pretty much everyone 10th grade+ could solve it.

So is this bragging? Or more likely you're calling everyone a retard?

Remind me, I have a maths question for some people. Could someone find the differential of arcoth(x) for me again, I totally forgot the steps to do it.
Or better yet, can you do the cross product of these two vectors for me please? 3i+4j+5k & 10i+5j+20k. I need to find the normal to a plane in which the vectors lie.

People have their own level they're working at, and if they've passed or not gotten to that level, they really couldn't give a shit and forget the work. That is, if they aren't doing a course or career which requires that knowledge. Also no one can be fucking arsed.

Find the values of x1 and x2 that maximize z=2x1+5x2
Subject to:
2x1+ x2 >= 8
-4x1+ 2 <= 2
2x1- 3x2 <= 0
x1 >= 0
x2 >= 0

btw, there's a subscript bb code tag to use so you get x1 and x2

Code:
x[sub]1[/sub] and x[sub]2[/sub]

Anyways, is there even a solution? There's no bound for z. We can find a minimum, but the graphs go on forever otherwise?
Can't really find a maximum for z=2x+5y when z has no bounds, and what's graphed doesn't have a closed space and goes on forever in the +x and +y quadrant.
