Coming to the point is that people think that hey I'm always active and i always post on stuff , i now have to be a staff + but oh no its more than that , it takes responsibility , listening , patience and putting your emotions aside and to also help others as much as possible . They have to even punish their own friends if they have to , Its not easy as you think guys . It takes a lot to be a staff+ and hey I'm not saying you're not staff+ worthy , everyone is in their own way but you gotta think about everything before giving such high responsibility . Its like this , imagine if you have to take care of a 3rd grade class as a student . It would probably be living hell cause they won't listen to you and carry on in their own way and its almost like that , you gotta stay calm and stand strong .
Asking to be a higher position as much as you think its gonna be easy ITS NOT! They actually spend their own time talking with y'all and noting everything you say.
Stick around and when the time is right and when the higher ups think its absolutely right for you to become staff+ then they will select you.
Keep helping the server and your friends or even strangers into the clan and hey you might get it .
Be patient !.
