I guess you could also class it as delaying orders, as they heard them yet they have taken too long to perform them by rejoining and respawning.
I think of a CT knows for sure that a T has done this they should be able to kill them.
Only if a person continues to abuse this loophole do I feel administrative action should be taken place, as it then becomes a bit of a piss take.
Now with this I agree. Buts there's a few things I would point out
1. Most CTs wouldn't even realize they respawned
2. Half the reason I made this post was because A CT did such and many players bitched to me about a freekill. So a little conflicting there, especially when it's apparent no admin has enforced it before, hence I made this post. But no body else can see that and insists on being too quick to jump on my back like it's been enforced for they past 35 years when clearly it hasn't; why else would I make a post about it. Still waiting for higher staff to comment.
After all, he was never granted a pardon, and he still did rebel that round, and should still be considered a rebeler untill a pardon has been granted, if no pardon is granted, then he is still a rebeler.
So I hope that the Higher ups will see this through, and tell us what to do in a given situation like this.
