Alright team, we have a situation, it seems to me that the rule of "if its not skill based I can refuse" has been removed. What the hell? That was not needed to be removed.

Ex. That spinny ball thing in the Simon Says Pit on Lego
If it is unavoidable and not skill based then it should be refusable again.

Ex. Colors on any map, Breakfloor (SpyVSpy), Wipeout (Carceris)

I think cts should be able to use the games on the map. Joke days and other games like that obviously still should be refusable.

You dont understand. When ppl are good at the game and someone just tosses a coin to kill you, it sucks balls. Im sure you wouldn't understand what its like to have skills tho...

I think non skill based games rule should stay removed. Because then it could get into gray areas on what is and isn't skill based. Some may say Breakfloor isn't skill based because it's random or even colors for that matter.




Pretty much yea since that is always the #1 picked map and RTV'd for on the server it seems.

while yes it is always suckish to have a coin toss to determine if you live or not, it is the guards sole purpose in the game to win/survive against the greater mass of knives/secrets.

opinion based games such as "why are you in prison" and so on SHOULD ALWAYS BE REFUSABLE.

however, if we have the rules written to where we can only play on razor or like razor, then why bother having the other maps and just change it to a razor 24/7 server. or a razor rotation of the various skins of razor.

In short, yes, coin toss deaths suck, but it is out of the control of the guards, thus unbiased.

you will always have the people who know the map secrets like the back of their hand, they will ALWAYS rebel when you have a weak willed/new ct or even when you have the easiest of days, they will rebel...why? because that's the role of a prisoner. their role is to survive/kill the guards to "escape"

Honestly, i prefer the rules we have in place now, than the ones we did before.

The rules that we have now give the CT's more option on what to do. Also, for certain maps other than razor, where there are games, it means we are able to take full use of the games. If we were to add this rule back, probably about 30% of games would go and not be be allowed.

Bring it up at the meeting tonight (or whenever it is for you) and then you can discuss it with higher ups and the rest of the community. It'll also ensure you get an answer to you question.
