It will be enforced when it can... In some cases, obviously the admin wont have the info to deal with it, but at least have the rule so that they could enforce it when they can.

We already have a "no excessive war day rule".

If there are too many war days being called, the admin needs to intervene and/or the offending CT should be reported to the higher ups.

In my honest opinion. I think we see excessive wardays on Razor because it's extremely easy to rebel and there is not much in terms of activities that the map offers besides soccer and pool.
