Do note that speed doesn't affect ping (unless you go really low (like, below 1mbit/s)), only line quality does, and that means it also depends on the server. =]

Actually, Ganji, what speed does Steam download at for you? It seems to cap out at just below 23 MB/s, which is below the theoretical limit of about 28 MB/s, leading me to believe that I can download faster than Steam can upload mhuhahah. (I tried switching to other regions, but those servers were often even slower, Origin btw cruises at 28 MB/s, which is my theoretical limit =])
