As those of you who attended the meeting yesterday already know, I've officially taken over the Leader position as of yesterday, in mutual agreement with Kharn we agreed to essentially switch positions, as such he is now our new Co-Leader!
Together with my team of Staffs and Advisors I plan to get things moving again, and with that I mean that I want us to move forward and not only try and experiment with new things and keep those which work out for the better for us, but also improve upon anything we already have or do.
Definitely expect some changes to be made everywhere in relation to this clan, but fear not as I plan to at least listen to everyone and let people have their say, so I encourage you all to openly state your opinion on anything and everything about the clan and especially any (proposed) changes, as I would welcome this very much.
So if there are any questions, concerns or suggestions I would very much love to hear them!
I hope we will be able to all work together towards a bright future for The Elevated Gaming Network! =]

Small Meetings for Recruits who have Concerns? As I've had a few Recruits ask me some questions about some situation where they would feel too scared to openly make a Complaint/Thread about a situation such as (Admins Abusing) As they feel it would affect them as becoming a Member.
Private Channels, so they are Good and I've had one myself it's a great idea to make extra money to uphold this Community, but with nobody really Socializing and sticking to their Groups, We could Remove all Private Channels for a Whole Month, giving Players the chance to Socialize and meet the new Recruits and get to know them more (Most people are Respectful and are Shy to ask to join and Speak with others for not wanting to Disturb or interrupt), which could Stop the whole "I'll vote no because I've never met you", As most of our Recruits and Members we have no have only really spent time in our Servers than on Team Speak. Could do this 1 every 2/3 Months Who knows
I'd have more to write but as it's quiet late for me, I don't feel up to writing a huge paragraph so I'll probably add to this/Create a new Thread, I just feel these are the main concerns that we could change right now.
