Well its about that time for me, I'm going to be stepping down to Co-Lead. I plan on sticking around long enough to help April take over smoothly, then fully leaving a month or so from now.

Please give her all the respect and faith you all have for me, I'm sure EgN will prosper well over the next 2 years.

In keeping with the tradition of EgN...I have led for my 24 months and am now passing the torch as it was passed to me.

Also please keep the thread on the topic of good-byes and not about questions on "why's".
