I think we should have a admin meeting as well, perhaps not today but soon. There are too many inconsistencies with admins and the rules they enforce in JB. Personally, I think we just need a head admin who can say which rules are real and which of the made up rules aren't real.

The MoTD is there for a reason, maybe we do need to just update it and do a faq section for jb o.o

Problem about the /rules thing is (We don't use MOTD, we use Doldol's little rules plugin thing) that though you have to accept the rules to play, but no one reads them anyways. That and our admins don't read them either, which is part of the problem. Another part is interpretation of these rules. Everyone has their own way of looking at them. Third part is the rules that aren't explicitly in the /rules mod. For example: No in cell orders. It's a rule that to my knowledge we've always had, but it isn't listed. Which is fine because we can just tell people you can't do that, but it has also allowed some imaginary rules to surface, such as "One minute after the warden dies if no orders are given there is a freeday."

Agreed, we should make a page with every rule and a full explanation of it, as well as what an admin should do as punishment if someone breaks it. Maybe a harder punishment the more you break it? (First offense, second, third)

No because if we started to decipher the MOTD in detail, we'd have a MOTD that would be 600 pages long.

The first page would consist of how to boot up your computer, and how to move your cursor over the CSS icon.

The second page would consist of how to click on the CSS icon

And finally the third page would tell you, that you have successfully joined the EgN server.

On a serious note, I think we have a enough people wanting a HA.
A group of HA would be completely pointless.

And no, I mean a forum page giving one sentence per rule just so people know what it is and how it should be interpreted.

Well because the server is so populated and 1 admin cannot be on 24/7 to answer any of the issues at one time. Maybe 2 head admins and 1 from each time zone. Like maybe British and an American. I don't want it though :D.

Also why not make it so you have to go through each page before you can accept the rules then there's no excuse because you saw every rule before accepting it. Also you could outline new rules with different colour or bold text so the new ones stand out and they see the new ones before they accept it.
