It's a bad order to give. As you can never check if they were out of their cells before that time. It is like the order "if you're out of your cell you are a rebel", which is prohibited.

So something like "don't leave your cell or freeze if you're already out, until 4:25", or just "freeze until 4:25", etc, would be better.

Been there, done that. No regrets, never give up on what's important. Prioritize. Happiness is all that matters.
