No you're not. Fill out the right format and change the name you want, that one isn't acceptable.

I find it funny that he's changing his name when
a) his application isn't in the right format
b) his application hasn't been accepted yet
and c) he's not wearing the EgN| tag
lol.

Eh, since he apparently doesn't enjoy the EgN tag I went ahead and removed him from member. If he wants to use the proper format, I might still consider a name change. I also don't have a problem with him re-applying if he wants.
