Because I would definitely make a post about myself being disrespectful.
It has nothing to do with age, and everything to do with maturity.
The 13 year old age restriction should be lifted to apply, because who cares about age? It matters about how well you work with a clan, and how mature you are. Disrespect from a 15 year old could make them less eligible for this clan than a very nice 11 year old.

People don't like 13 and 14 years olds and even some 15 or 16 year olds because they have a high voice (squeakers).
