The Story of Mojang. (More of a documentary) 8/10

Savages 6/10. I dont know why but It just bothered me until half way through the movie where the was a small amount of action and then It went back to Retarded at the last second..

Mystic River - 8/10. Great watch, full of suspense. Great performances from Tim Robbins, Sean Penn and Kevin Bacon.

Sherlock Holmes (last one) 9/10 :)

Midnight in Paris - I'm a big of fan of the time period that this movie explores, Van Gogh is my favourite Artist and he was an expressionist. I've always been particularly interested in France and the Renaissance. Superb screenplay, good acting, a great film - 9/10 from me.

Funny Games 1997
Directed by Michael Haneke
An Austrian film about two seemingly well educated men who take a mother, son, and father hostage for their own amusement.
A compelling film that displays the saturation and fascination we as a society we have with violence in the media.
even knowing this, what would normally be a grueling film, was more than entertaining. i think this was the directors intention, too display how easy it is too grip us so long as violence is involved.
Regardless, the artistic decision to break the 4th wall with the audience was riveting, and some off the final scenes involving this really catch you off guard.
id give this a 8.5123124/10, and would highly recommend it to anyone who can deal with subtitles.
