Recently was slayed for killing a T holding a holstered primary at the start of the round, he was sitting in garage with the AWP from AWP window. I was told it was a grey zone whether or not it had to be unholstered, but as far as I can see it's pretty straight forward.
Guards (CT): T's may not be warned if they have a primary weapon equipped Equipped - Supplied with the necessary items for a particular purpose.
I would consider having a gun on your back to be equipped, even if you're not using it at that moment or holding it in your hands. If it were otherwise, I'd assume there would be a rule saying specifically that you have to warn them to drop it, like with secondary weapons.

As far as I'm aware, you have to have the primary unholstered to be considered rebelling. If you have it holstered you are not. Secondaries, as long as you aren't pointing it at a CT, then you are ok to have it out.
Though I agree, "Equipped" is pretty vague in terms of counter-strike (and JB) lingo. Should probably update it to say "unholstered"
Gonna revise your Levi's with physical harm Put divets in the rivets with my physical arm Gonna beat those jeans, gonna dip em in slime Turn your 501s into 499s

They probably didn't know this cause they didn't attend the admin meeting but I'm pretty sure the rule actually states that if a T has any primary holstered or Unholstered , they can be shot and killed!

He quoted the rule as they are on the forums (and should be in-game):

Which is rule 59, in the CT section. Should just be clarified and this one is another closed case in the EgN files.

It's quoted from the in-game rules.

A terrorist with an unholstered primary may be killed, even if they just picked it up, got planted, etc., that was the intention of the rule.
Regardless, we have another rule that already elimates the "grey zone" here.
Quote:
A prisoner carrying a holstered weapon must always be warned to drop it.
So why not remove the rule stating they do not need a warning?
Both rules should stay, we should just re-word them so they are consistent with each other.
Just change "Equipped" to "Un-Holstered" and the confusion is gone.
