Full description of what happened: Joined CT as soon as he joined, swapped him and told him he was CT banned for 1 month and not to join CT while his CT ban is still active. Also joined back again which followed a kick, about 20 minutes later, continues to join CT despite being told not to. He also has several bans in which where he's avoiding CT bans
