Full description of what happened: I was about to CT ban him as the other admins couldn't CT ban so I was going to do it for them as when I type !ctban he leaves like 5 seconds after before I could CT ban him, hence the day server ban for avoiding. He's been CT banned by me before for similar behaviour and yet to fix his behaviour as a CT.
