Full description of what happened: Came in the server and joined CT. I swapped him to T and told him not to join CT again. He left the server and rejoined a round later. He joined T, and then as soon as I joined CT he followed. I kicked him one final time to let him know not to rejoin CT as he's CT banned, and 2 rounds later or so, he comes back and joins CT again. I've already gave him a day ban a week or so ago, now a week since he hasn't followed through.
