Full description of what happened:This guy was on CT, got scout and started to shoot T's complying with orders. I did ban him for a week to extend to perm but the source bans weren't working and everyone that had been banned for rule breaking kept rejoining. Kept trying to get on CT after being banned more than once.

Don't have the evidence due to the fact that the server went to chaos with sourcebans and the server not sync'ed due to the forums being down. Talked to tricky about the situation.
