Full description of what happened: we were on carceris, and I did my lr, and I stated rules. He didnt follow any of my rules and proceeded to kill me without knowing the rules. I slayed him, next round he kept saying "your a dumb bitch, get a mic" I told him my reason why I slayed him and told him to end the the conversation. He then says he has a problem with me and my admining and basically calling me shit at it. I kick him. Next map, we are on jb_outerspace he posts a link in chat that leads to a strawpoll (Shown Below). This was the last straw so I banned him.
