Full description of what happened: I got called onto a player named 'Chinese' continuously freekilling terrorists; so I hopped on the server to check it out, and I come to him killing a bunch of people but some were not freekills considering they would knife, or get seriously close to the CT and continuously running at him to provoke him, or even trying to rebel. Furthermore he did end up MFK'ing which lead to this ban.
