Full description of what happened: He was giggling into his mic throughout the round and there were multiple complaints of him gunplanting but nobody saw, then later into the round he freekilled two people and started giggling into his mic again and saying "I'm sorry", he got slayed and left right away. He came back and I ctbanned him and he started mic spamming and left.
