Full description of what happened: Was in cell when I saw this guy kill Ts on the kill feed and hearing John Gimps say he was freekilling. I slayed him and tried to get a handle on the situation when next round when I spec'ed him he was going to each cell and killing Ts in cells. In server banned him for a week and extended him to perm ban since he had no problem killing Ts in their cells. Didn't have time to get a screen shot and keep the 28plus people on the server under control.
