Full description of what happened: He was on CT talking to other CT's and T's the whole time and freekilled 1 person. I swapped him and told him to not join back. He joined back after I swapped him (I didn't tell him to not swap back) so I swapped him back, told him not to join back. He then joined back after I told him to not join back, was about to ctban him, and he left. He rejoined and joined T for a couple of rounds. Right after that, he kept bugging me asking how long the ban was, then he joined back. I finally perm'd him for not following my directions and being a horrible CT in general.
