Full description of what happened: T's were told to crouch to the bottom of cell stairs and freeze, his previous order was crouch remain crouching, then he proceeded to kill anyone that stood up, without warning, i assume he doesn't know the rules, and was playing as a good CT the entire time, think this was a legit mistake.
