Hashbrowns a la Minion

- peel and grate however many potatoes you want
- add enough oil to submerge about a cup of grated potatoes in a pan
- heat stove to high
- garlic salt and pepper on top side
- after 3 minutes flip and season again
- continue flipping every 3-4 minutes until both sides are a nice golden brown. (no more seasoning after both sides
- place on a paper towel and remove grease
- (optional) add your preferred cheese

Makes a great snack or addition to eggs, or just about anything you'd have potatoes with. everyone I have made it for has loved it.

Uchies favorite meal:

One 98-cent pack of Sour Cream and Chives instant potatoes. (done the good way, not with just 2 cups of water)
-Bring 1.4 cups of water to a boil
-add .4 cups of milk and allow to start to simmer
-add potatoes and a quarter stick of butter

Frozen Fish Sticks
-put them on a frying pan
-in the oven at 400 degrees
-cook that shit and serve with tartar

Hashbrowns (squared)
-put them on the same pan that the fish sticks were on so it gets that juice
-cook that shit 'til its hella crispy

Put everything onto a plate.

Best meal 2k18.

I don't know what it is, but this is the one thing I like to make and do make almost everyday

Flatbread / petabread
Mayonnaise
Hummus & avocado spread
Habenero or pepper jack cheese (anything that isn't cheddar)
Bell and/or sweet pepper
Sun-dried tomatoes
Topped with whatever seasoning / additional flavoring I sort feels like should be added, like lime, or oregano

French Toast

I just eyeball this shit but roughly:

tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
some cinnamon to taste
milk. Can be made without milk for like 3-4 piece of toast depending on size of bread. Will be dryer without milk but still very good. I add like half a cup of milk sometimes to make more, like 5-6 slices. You can add a full cup of milk for quality french toast without losing taste of the other ingredients. More than a cup is pushing it though.

preheat stove. Melt a fuck ton of butter on your griddle. Put that shit on the stove for like 2 minutes a side until golden brown. Add butter to toast. Enjoy with a side of toast.

Per person
200 gram per person Spaghetti (dried without eggs)
2 eggs
40 grams of pecorino cheese ( its like parmesan but it has more of a "nutty" flavour)
1 clove of garlic
100-150 grams Bacon<Pancetta<Guanciale 1 of these preferring guanciale as it has a more black pebery taste and is way thicker and has some more fat so you dont need to use butter or oil.
Lots of black peber
a little parsley for presentation

Spaghetti
1. Turn on water to boil, add lots of salt. more than you would normally, explaining comes later
2. Spaghetti gets into the boiling water, till its "al dente" you can see a little white when u bite it over. This is the most important part.

The Sauce
1. Guanciale gets chopped into 1-1-1 cm and put it on a hot pan.
2. Eggs gets cracked into a bowl and mixed together.
3. Add the cheese till the eggs and cheese gets a liquid but firm consistency.
4. Add some peber, just a little bit for the taste sake.
5. When the Guanciale is brown and delicious turn down for the heat to the lowest or even turn it off
6. Put the egg and cheese sauce into the pan and start stiring, its important the eggs dont get to be "scrambled eggs" so make sure the pan is cool enough for that.
7. when the sauce is mixed. Put the spaghetti in and stir even more till the sauce blankets it all.
8. Add some of the salted water from the spaghetti to get the consistency you'd like.
9. At the end put some parsley on top.

Sorry for the long recipe lol xD this should be possible for all to do xD
