Cooper do you just wait til i post anything to try to troll me? Legit question, no thought crime.
Cooper did you read any part of inbreads post?
If you did then you just called inbread an asshole when he just told you what?
Inbread cooper is telling you dont be an asshole about it. What is your reply lol...
I'm sorry I guess I just won't read anything you post anymore if that's what you want.
Anyways one last time since you don't understand.

This can be easily abused.
Then turned into a thought crime.
Both of these statements are pretty much against the rules.
Abusing the warning rule is equal to rebelling such as if someone is abusing warnings to rebel or simply not do the order they can be killed for it. If you abuse the rule you die, it's pretty simple. If you aren't sure, it usually isn't going to be something worth killing someone over. If someone slightly moves or jumps, does it really effect the round that much? Like said multiple times in this thread, you CAN technically warn/kill someone for slight fuck ups but does it really matter? At that point the CT's just being an asshole.
If you have to say "It's thought crime if you don't warn me because you don't know what I am thinking" you are more than likely abusing the rule or being a smartass. You wouldn't have to worry about "thought crime" if you are genuinely doing the order or slightly messing up, the only people that would have to would be people trying to abuse the rule intentionally.
The whole reason the rule was created was to stop people from being nazis and ruining the fun by killing people who are making small mistakes, if the rule wasn't there the server would be a killfest. Imagine every single round being Math Trivia and Simon Says except its CT's killing people for making tiny mistakes and trying to trick T's with orders.

20 Ts each getting a warning can legit happen.
10 Ts each getting a warning cant legit happen.
5 Ts each getting a warning can legit happen.
When does the ass part start and the legit warning begin.
For one this is a pretty big hypothetical, I don't think I've ever seen more than 5 people need a warning. Anyways, if that many people need one the warden probably isn't being clear enough and needs to repeat. If that many people actually need a warning, it's more than likely the warden's fault.
As for "When does the ass part start and the legit warning begin", it's pretty black and white. You can't be "half rebelling" and "half obeying", you are either doing one or the other. Is jumping once or slightly stepping to the side really rebelling or just a small mistake that doesn't really affect the round? There's a pretty obvious difference between a T ignoring the warden's orders and a T messing up slightly.

Dont thought crime me. Every time I need a warning on a new order is legit and you cannot prove otherwise. Unless you psychic.
Because your opinion of me being an asshole or unnecessary is just that... an opinion nothing more.
This is specifically what I was referencing when I was talking about the "smartass mentality" of people who abuse the rule. Like I said, you wouldn't have to worry about any of these things if you weren't abusing the rule in the first place. It's the equivalent of someone coming on the server playing ear rape right away. You don't say "Let's give this guy a chance because he may have thought he wasn't breaking any rules". You know what you are trying to do, expect other people to know as well. "6 Acting like a smartass will get you banned!"

Sarge killed him cause he thought inbread was being ass.
Inbread posts here cause he legit needed a warning.
Another conflict of your own set of rules.
Both players are correct.
They aren't both correct though, Sarge was an asshole for killing INBREAD for a small mistake. Does it really affect the way if INBREAD jumps occasionally? No, it doesn't.
TL;DR
T's don't be a smart ass.
CT's don't be an asshole.
