I'm 24 and just got into sushi, back in December 2016. I'm absolutely in love with it. I used to think it was disgusting, but I consume it at least once a week now.

Which roll does everyone love the most? My go-to is an eel roll with spicy tuna added on top tprettiness

Personally, I love all sushi, but I think the best one is Tekka Makki due to how simple and affordable it is. It is super good with soy sauce and like any other topping and can definitely fill you up. If not Tekka Makki, I would go with a Californian roll which is also tantalizing.

P.S. Try out Sushi Boat and Benihana's some time

I tried sushi. It was okay.

I had a sexy lady roll and some dragon roll? They were okay - but after about 4 or 5 of each I started to feel like if I ate another I'd be sick (and not from being full)

Just the thought of an Eel sushi roll dipped in soy sauce is making my mouth water so much right now.

I eat grocery-store sushi every Wednesday. The Japanese dude that works there is a boss and always custom makes an avacado roll for me.

Once you delve into sushi, you'll come to learn that the rolls are childs play.. The slices of sashimi, the nigiri where it's the slice of fish on top of a fitting rice ball, that's REAL sushi. That's honestly the best tasting form of fish IMO. You get the most fish and it's the most simplistic taste. You lather a bit of wasabi onto the fish, then with your chopsticks, hold the sushi upside down and drench one end of the fish into soy sauce. Plop the entire thing in your mouth and prepare for Palette Paradise.

Here are some particular slices I personally recommend:

Fresh Salmon
Fresh Yellowtail (delightful)
Cooked Eel (almost like Japanese barbecue with a tangy taste to the sauce, and a crunchy texture)
If you're into it, try Ika (Squid) and Tako!(octopus) They aren't for everyone and the texture/consistency is quite bizarre, but it's always worth a try once!
Fresh Tuna (tastes nothing like the canned and processed ones)

These are just a few of the great sushi you can get. Remember, get all of these as Nigiri! Not rolls!! You're wasting money on filler and fake vegetables/snowcrab when you can spend that dough on a heck ton of real, fresh fish and rice!!
