That wound is not an injury as the reporting would lead you to believe. Neither is "ears ringing" after a loud noise. I came to that conclusion on my own, not from any "propagandists". I stand by my original argument that there were no actual injuries.

What's really funny is that California has the Closest thing to European / Australian style gun laws.

Getting rid of guns is a different story compared to how Australia got rid of their firearms. Americans are able to own even much more than just firearms and rifles. And the United States is the number one country with the most amount of guns. Attempting to get rid of guns will only put gun owners to sell their guns illegally on the black market which these guns could get in the hands of criminals. People that protest such as the walkout day that happened on Wednesday where students protested to restrict gun rights only just shows that all people are doing is just demanding for a solution rather than making a solution themselves. Although getting rid of guns is a solution, it is a very rash one because people that protest more so use their feelings instead of logically thinking for a strategical solution. Some of the solutions I thought was that why can't we just have a police officer at a school every day. Just one police officer or two. I honestly don't know what schedule police officers have and such but what I do know is that police officers take their role as a police officer to risk their lives every day to protect others and enforce the law. The best thing about this is that if a school shooting was to happen, a school shooter might think twice before attempting to kill everyone in the school. Another point is that if a school shooter got through and began attacking students, the police officers on patrol at the school would be able to call up emergency right away. The officers would be able to quickly stop the school shooter since they are already present at the school. Officers already received the training they need on a firearm compared to a teacher. Maybe not even officers, but highly trained security guards with firearms would be best. Teachers have multiple things to focus on. A security guard just has one task to do. To keep the school safe.

As a former teacher at a US public university, I can honestly say that there were times I woke up at 3 am thinking "what the fuck am I going to do if there is a school shooting today"
In response I had a plan that I ran through my head dozens of times, luckily never had to put in action, and if I actually did have to put in into action who knows how I would actually react in that chaotic of a situation. Many of my colleagues have never been shot at or been solely responsible for protecting 10-20 young people from a gunman. Who knows how well teachers would be able to keep their composure in a situation like that. So that is my two cents on the issue.

Also bonus thing to consider (kinda as a joke...kinda):
Kids are mean to their teachers, teachers are underpaid and operate in a high stress environment, if somehow I got some EGN fucktard from jailbreak in my class and he recognized my voice and called me princess strawberry, I might have had to kill him.
