There's no reason to fill up chat/voice with something you're saying to yourself. If you need help, get help. If you're gonna talk shit on yourself publicly, all you're doing is giving people ammunition to use against you to also talk shit on you. Maybe someone might see you need help and do that, but jesus man, it's the internet.

Is telling someone to go kill them self a joke? Because it is said and ignored all the time. Seems a little biased

in 99% of the cases where i hear somebody say it i interpretate it as a joke, and everybody knows it.
i rarely hear somebody say "go kill yourself" out of pure hatred or disrespect towards that person
in wich case it should be stopped

But why would you say it as a joke? Even if they meant it as a joke I'd tell them to not say it again because they could say it to the completely wrong person and things would go sideways.

The point is if the two parties know each other it's likely going to be interpreted as a joke. If it's directed at someone out of hate or anger it's pretty easy to tell.
