Coincidentally, I've been giving a lot of thought of getting more tattoos recently.
I have "stitches" on my wrists (so it looks like my hands are stitched on) that were half assed done while I was FUBAR one night when I was 16. I also have the word "love" on my right knuckles.
Honestly they don't look very well since I didn't have them done by professionals. They look like they shit and I'm going to get them fixed, really regret getting them. I think tattoos are so cool. The process of bearing that much pain for something permanent is almost spiritual to me. It's better of course when it's something you are proud of. I bear these current tattoos with a constant lesson from my youth, and that is to think before you act.
I definitely want to get my current ink fixed up or changed into something that looks better (I know there is a term for that but I can't remember).
Ever since I saw the movie "Akira" I have wanted an arm piece done from a character in that movie (pic below)
These pics serve as reference, I want something similar to them (flesh and machine hybrid design).
It's only a matter of me having the balls to go and get it done. I have been diagnosed with near extreme anxiety in the last 2 years so I would be really scared leading up to getting the ink done. I want to do it though.
Before committing to a full sleeve tattoo though I want to get a tattoo of the front facing view of an Apache Helicopter (inb4 immature jokes). Not sure where I would place it on my body but I def want it on me.
Something about the power of these killing machines has awed me since a very young age.
