Actual guidelines for promotions

I would rather see something new implemented like achievements and medals for your forum profile. And maybe more ranks.

why not just make a comunity thing of it?
everybody gets to putt names in and we vote on those names, then the top 5 for example go to next round, they get voted on and so on till u guys hit the number that u want.
this way everybody gets a vote on who they think should get promoted and not just a handfull of people.
atleast, this is the way it should be if this is a democracy.

There we go thanks terminator for putting some input(I feel like though we would restrict it to a few higher ranks around here if that would happen. But its just an idea so lets move forward with discussing it still). If you guys want to see some changes start discussing it on here. Figure out a way we could actually make more guidelines and requirements needed. We can improve but when we talk about only how you guys don't like the current system it really doesn't go anywhere. Take the conversation forward and give more ideas.

I would honestly love it if we could make a vote on the forums about this or on next meeting or something.
And i bet alot of people would love such a vote aswell

Thanks for actually giving a suggestion term. All anyone has done so far has quoted the way now of how to get promoted and everywhere here with a brain knows it's based on popularlity with the higher ups. And before some staff try to tell me that's not how it is, Gold kinda proved that if you aren't popular with the staff you ain't getting nothing.

Having bias or an opinion doesn't get you promoted to Staff

Would give folks more stuff to aim for rather than just promotions...

That’s not at all what I said. If your name appears more than once in the list, that’s more likely to get you promoted because many staff have seen the good work you do. More times than others, Bourne sees one Staff who is passionate about a member being promoted. That’s how I got you promoted Goop.

Plus you've been around for literally 1 year & thinking you should be promoted. lolz

It's a damn shame that majority of you bitch about promotions, you join a community to be in the community not because of some stupid fucking rank.
