So there's some "rules" that seem to be word-of-mouth and not actually written in the rules. There also seem to be some rules that aren't enforced as written.
Ones that come to mind:
1. Warday expanding at 3:00. This isn't actually in the rules. I think it's a great idea, but I can't find anything on the forum or on the server rules that say it's a rule.
2. Rewarding LR for games. For example, apparently Kharn himself has said that a CT is not allowed to give a T last request when there are many Ts remaining. I can not find this anywhere on server rules or on the forum where it restricts the amount of Ts that can be killed for a game that rewards last request as a prize.
3. "Extreme wordplay" rule. It says that "Extreme wordplay" is not allowed. Apparently, some admins have interpreted this to mean "All T's are now _____'s" is "extreme" wordplay. I'm just wondering, if this is considered extreme wordplay, why is "Last Reaction" not considered extreme wordplay? Isn't it extreme wordplay to assume what "Last Reaction" means without explaining the rules?
I'd just like some clarifications on these rules, thanks.
First rule:

66 War days will expand at 3:00 every time. Jail Break General
Second: I mean the definition of Last Request is that the last terrorist gets it. I feel like this is pretty universally accepted.
Third: Its up to admin discretion what extreme wordplay is. Last reaction is already refusable per the rules, and CTs must comply if asked to define a game.
