Recently finished watching an outlast 2 playthrough, at first I didn't really understand the story but after watching this video I'm a lot more intrigued.
Long story short, the same company that was behind everything in outlast 1 built a building next to the town and had towers sending off signals to mind control people.
It ended up driving everyone insane and they started killing eachother in the name of god, and that sprung up a cult of heretics to oppose them and.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
