Just a friendly reminder that the template for making a member/admin complaint is this:

I have seen plenty of instances where we have members typing "N/A" or "I don't know" for the "Clan Members Steam-ID" part of the template.

Whilst it isn't a big deal and yes, we have the Steam ID's stored here on the forums, it's incredibly lazy of people to presume that the staff will dig it out. Why does everyone feel like because it's a member/admin complaint that they can omit the Steam ID? It's there for a reason.

If Staff disagree with this reminder and deem it unnecessary, please can you amend the template to reflect this? It's important not to neglect the formats used, and to fill out the forms correctly.

Im sure at the very top of the complaints page the first thread that is pinned shows the correct format which some people strangely miss.

But back on topic, please just make sure you're all using the correct format and filling our the templates completely. They aren't there for you to pick and choose which parts you want to include, they're all necessary for the staff to be able to handle your complaint properly and fully. After all, you wouldn't want the staff to answer most of your complaint and leave an important aspect out because "it's easy for you to find out yourself". You expect a degree of effort in their response and way of dealing with the complaint, so why shouldn't they expect the same level of effort when you create your complaints/reports?

I really can't stress enough how much every template is important and how every part of them are applicable and must be filled in!

I agree it's just lazy not to put it, but sometimes you just know that no punishment is going to be handed down so it's a little pointless to put it up.
