You have to ask for it more aggresively. If there's anything i've learned its that staff+ won't do something unless you pester or complain. Pm, steam message and post on the forums constantly. What server did you ask for? Is it a current one not being managed (or being managed badly)? Or is it an idea for a new server? Kharn would be the one to pester about new servers anyway.

You gotta push your requests and ideas out there to the point where its gets annoying enough for someone to do something about it.

Speaking of which, I forgot to add something to my other post and have added it there now. If you have already skimmed through it, just made another suggestion thats all.

Kharn is currently busy slapping a ring on his lady friend, and he's the one who manages the server managers. So you may have to wait until he returns in order to get permissions. You can also ask any Staff+ to get your manager ranks on both the forums and the TeamSpeak server.
