this rule was always listed under the "CT Only" rules.

Past;
There was a rule saying ct's could not throw nades of any kind
Also, there was a rule saying any T throwing any nade could be punished
Future;
Ct's will be allowed to throw any nades again
However, there will still be a rule saying any T throwing any nade could be punished
No there wont be any rule stating a T cannot throw a nade and there never has been.
instead, just restrict the throwing of nades or make them throw it someplace else where no one is
