Implement !lr or related

To be honest when the !w started working again, it was deployed on Razor. A map that is generally 95% chaos anyways. It also allowed Ts an extra 5 seconds to start rebelling while the command sorted through.

Off topic I know(sorry) but having the round start with everyone frozen for 10 seconds while the command is entered would help greatly.

!lr should be implemented, makes things alot smoother and happen alot faster. especially if there is no admin on.

I can tell you that after the shitshow that went on when we added the !w command (for just a little bit), any more development on mods that directly interact with the players in the server was halted. There is no reason for us to shovel literal hours into something if the community is just going to spit it back out at us.

As a topic from another post about extending round time, if Bourne or another actually extends the round time, wouldn't they delay the round even more than they do now?

if the round time was to be changed to the time you are specifying, they would just wait and do more orders, delaying the round even more.

!lr would be a faster process than doing manual LR but by monitoring and actually seeing how people play, it actually seems they prefer manual LR as they can do more stuff whereas the lr command only has a limit to it
