Mkay so i laid out my argument for you guys and i stand by it, you guys cant make a decent rebuttal and are just resorting to petty name calling like big boys.

You've gotten several decent rebuttals. Just because you can sit there and try to argue against them doesn't make them any less decent of a rebuttal. You yourself have done the whole "petty name calling" as well in this exact same thread, and several times have used a sarcastic, patronizing tone, so you really don't get any say in that matter.


This is coming from the same guy who can't write a decent and understandable sentence and, as mentioned, insulted others just the same...Doldol and I even had a 2 hour long discussion with you on how you may want to act if you want to be taken seriously. Your ignorance knows no bounds, does it?

You guys seem pretty adament about shooting a gun being auto-rebel (which does make a lot of sense) but it really doesn't say in the rules that is the case.

Now I know you guys have been arguing, but there are lots of other little things similar to this on the server that are enforced and not in the rules which doesn't make this so quick to decide.
Is knifing a vent auto rebel? Not on our server, even though no rule states it (other servers it is), same with going into a secret as a T, that isn't auto-rebel on our server, unlike many others.

This game is RP and governed by the rules, so when something is explicitly stated in the rules, it can cause problems like this. There is no 'General' JB rules like you get in some games (as its a mod of another game), so being so qucik to a verdict on this is counter to what we should be doing. I mean you guys (both sides) have brought up good points, but all this chirping back and forth isn't condusive to a good argument.

Also, bring it up at the next admin meeting. We never change rules without those, so I guess its up to the admins discretion when they are on the server.

And just for the record, I think it should be a rule.

So besides all what has been said back and forth is there anyway I can get a staff+ word/final say on this because otherwise this is just gonna keep going around and I can already see people taking advantage of this on the server..

Im pretty sure like shooting the weapon is rebelling i mean it is role-play and in real prison finding u with contraband is gonna get u fucked so i can assume that shooting any weapon is Kos

In all honesty though, Simple does have a point. No where in the rule does it imply, ‘shooting a gun is considered rebelling’. Yeah, it could be taken as common sense. However like Charlie said, knifing a vent isn’t considered rebelling unless implied.

It also doesn't say it isn't an autorebel in the rules. As of right now it's technically up to the warden at the time.
