In the end Doldol is the leader, he does a lot for the clan, and he's suitable for the position. We cannot argue as to what he believes is best for the clan.

Mind you I really like Wartheft as an Advisor but Doldol should be allowed to make his own decisions.

The problem isn't that Wartheft was demoted. It was the fact that he is not listening to his members, including his staff. Big decisions, like this, should have been made with his staff and advisors. If Wartheft had been demoted with his staff supporting Doldol's decision, there would be no argument. But the problems are:
-Doldol does not care about his higher-ups' opinions
-Doldol has called his members stupid
-Lex has favoritism from Doldol
-Doldol only cares about his own opinions

These are problems that need to either be fixed, and if they cannot be fixed, a new leader needs to be found.

I'd recommend everyone to drop all this now & accept the reality that EgN nor I will change as a result of all this, if anyone wanted differently they should have provided constructive criticism from the get go, as those that did were listened to.

So as said in the meeting this discussion is finished. See this as me invoking my absolute authority some of you hate, for the better of the community, but alas that is just the leader's opinion.

It's long since not been constructive anymore, so /discussion, not doing so is just causing drama, and since we don't want people like that in EgN, it will get you a clan removal and a ban (supporters, member, idc). The grass is always greener on the other side right? I heard someone that recently got demoted and banned from EgN was forming a community, I guess it'd be fitting to join that one.

It's Holiday time, I think we'd all rather enjoy that.
