9 People have been falsely banned in the space of 5 hours and there bans are still in place and need to be revoked.

There was a hacker on who changed his name and steam ID to other peoples. The admins online at the time would ban the hacker. However he would come back in 2 minutes with a new name and steam id. However, the steam ID the admins banned belonged to someone else and they remained banned. I was one of the 13 who was a victim of this. I am now speaking up for the other 12 people who need their bans undone.

I believe the following steam IDs are innocent.

Hopefully someone can fix that up. Also I manage to speak to the hacker and make him stop. His motive was that he was CT banned for "no reason" and i got him to stop by apologising on behalf on EGN.

Why would you post this if you didn't know? You weren't there. This player kept mic spamming over everything, mute dodged, ignored admins, impersonated an admin and i tracked him down to his player id... He didn't deserve the ban that I gave him but I was going to change it for 1 day just now when I saw that it wasn't there anymore. Only to find this to explain it.

EDIT: I even kept track of his steam id... That is why I know which one I banned.

He had the ability to change his steam ID. The steam ID you tracked was incorrect. I know this because one of the dozen he used was mine. In which I was banned by 5 different admins who were also as confident as you were that my steam id was the correct one to ban.... The fact that he was on the server after you left also proves you banned the wrong person.

Randy and I also thought STEAM_0:0:91190832 was correct originally too. If you look on the front page in the EGN chat box you can see me mention it to doldol / synthic. But once we banned it he was back in a minute under a different steam ID.

You do know you were one of the admins who banned me by mistake as you thought it was me right..... There are another 9 innocent people who were banned by people like you who don't have staff on their friends list to get their bans lifted as easily as I could. Why are you trying to make this difficult?
