Siberiac and me will be hosting a class/seminar/school for everyone who currently has admin on any EgN game server.

In this each class we will be going over the basic principles of how admins are required to act within EgN and it's server.
For the time being there will be only one class/seminar, which Siberiac and me will repeat for every new "batch" of admins.

In this class we will be giving general guidelines and examples on how your admin powers should be used in our servers.
At the end of each class there will be an individual test which you will need to pass to be able to have admin in the future.

Since we understand that this is quite a big change everyone who currently has admin is given 2 weeks time to pass the aforementioned test before they will lose their admin privileges. (In special circumstances exceptions to this may be requested by PMing Doldol on the forums.)

We are organizing this because, frankly put, I think the majority of admins in our clan do not know how to correctly handle situations which present themselves to these aforementioned admins.

In short: (You really want to read this.)
    - Everyone in our clan who has admin at this moment will need to take this test and pass it to have admin privileges. (Exceptions: Staff+, and those who went to our test admin school.)
    - From now on, everyone who donates for admin their first time will need to take the test and pass it before they are granted admin privileges.
    - Upon losing your admin due to incorrect usage of it you will need to re-take and pass the test.
    - Attendance to the class itself is however not required.
    - Admins have 2 weeks to pass the test (16 Feb 2014 is the cut-off date.), or admin powers will be revoked.
    - There is no punishment for failing the test.
    - Watch the calendar on the forums for classes.
Been there, done that. No regrets, never give up on what's important. Prioritize. Happiness is all that matters.
