Im confused.

If i understand correctly.... This is fucked up.
What i understand is that, a member that just joined the clan can become manager. Okay... So that means hea a higher rank then elite and vet. So that means if a 1 year exp clan member whos an admin in JB decides to ban someone, and the manager says no dont, we have to listen to them because hes a "higher" rank. Even though we've been admining for a good while. Because thats what i understand.

Basically he gets the higher rank cause he's running the server, meaning he puts in more effort with the clan than others, therefore he's higher up. And if he stops running the server he'll get put down to Member again.

Anyone can become a manager, provided they talk to Kharn about starting a server and he sees their potential.
I've personally seen people who have begun their rise to Manager ever since they were a recruit and then actually get it about 1-2 weeks after their membership went through.
It's not hard if you put in the dedication.

And yes, that basically means he's higher ranked than you - provided his server doesn't go to shit and yadda yadda.

I don't quite agree with this and I'd actually like to talk to the higher ups about tweaking this slightly.

The part I'm confused about is the fact that someone who has been a member for a month is suddenly trusted enough to run a server. I have never seen Revert in team speak or any of the servers. And to top it all off he only has 3 posts. So it doesn't seem like he's very active in the clan

I just think promos and stuff are going to the wrong people. Give them to buk, atleast skycapz if anything. KraZy and wartheft are awesome and help with a lot of shit, more then advisors do. Hell, even pretzl does.... My point is, i wish to see more advisors+ in the servers just to see what we do. We're do a hella lot.

If we gave everyone you think deserves a promotion a promotion, then ranks would be meaningless again. Kharn has been doing this longer than most of you have been gaming. He knows what works and what doesn't. I'm going to talk to him or doldol about an idea I had to clear up the confusion over manager. Otherwise, we can't have 80000 people running around with veteran because they play in our servers, that's what elites are for. Veterans have put in time and effort to pull themselves ahead of the others. More power was shifted to elite and taken from members a few months ago. Gaming clans aren't all about rank and power, and the more you bitch about not having power, the less appealing it is to give it to you. Have fun, jump in TS and chat. Once you learn these things, a promotion will likely come your way

Im not saying give the WHOLE clan a promo. Im saying give them to the people who deserve them.
