Okay, but look at it from another point of view, why would higher-ups waste their time verifying if a person is over the age of 15, by hearing their voices, and looking at other sources of information about them? It's a waste of time in my opinion. It would best if we don't judge someone by their voice. Because it's fun and it makes me feel like Sherlock Holmes. I've cracked quite a few cases already. But then this leads me to the next point, why have restrictions when we have monthly voting sessions on who deserves to be in the clan or not? If the person isn't wanted by the clan he is generally kicked out, and someone who deserves to be in EgN gets to stay. See my point, in that this is a banana? To get rid of the four pages of recruits who like to sign up one day then never come back around. It lightens the workload of having to change everyone's groups. Plus the smaller size means everyone doesn't have to vote on four pages worth of recruits. Again, quality over quantity. And the reason i used the quotation marks was because, that is what Kharn said exactly, not for sarcasm, it's to QUOTE, hence why they are called quotation marks. It was a "group decision" Most importantly, it's just my thoughts, my ideas aren't facts, they are merely notions that come to mind about this topic.
Also, this just comes from past experiences. We originally had an age limit, but lifted it. We weren't too impressed with the results so we reinstated the rule along with a few easy other ones like having to talk to a higher up. Keep in mind that nothing is permanent in this community. We're always trying to improve this place. If that rule doesn't work out or yield results that aren't favorable then we'll probably rescind it.

Okay, I love you too.

Well, It was just my opinion. From what I can see, Lots of EgN members have lied about their age and Cubone, This isn't about Hajin. And I'm actually 16. Not 12 or whatever you said @Caboose ;) Can't we just deal with this age restriction by putting it down to 13 or putting it out all together?

Been there, done that. No regrets, never give up on what's important. Prioritize. Happiness is all that matters. I really like meowers but can't own any for the time being.

Even with the age rule, we still allow members in that aren't 15 if they show to us that they're mature enough. Just yesterday we asked someone to apply who wasn't 15, and whom of which is likely going to be given the recruit status because they have shown they're maturity.

Yeah, I think that's very good. I totally forgot about the rule to talk to higher ups. That way, someone who is mature but under the age limit can get in.
I know the system may not seem great, but I personally think it was a good decision. I remember a few months ago (I don't think you were here, Skycapz) we had no age limit and about 50 members that were 12 and under. They were extremely loud, posting very stupid posts, and stuff like that. This system is not a full restriction, only one against immature players.
(When I joined, the age limit was 13, and I was such an amateur that I waited a few months until my birthday to join XD)

The age limit is just banana. We're just limiting EgN's growth if we keep the rule.
That being said, a lot of maturity comes with puberty, which usually happens between 13-15, and kids younger than that tend to be immature. Lots of immature kids in the clan? I think not.
