Some things have been really bothering people for a while and here is some.
- Cuffs are STILL unbreakable without virtually being at AUTOCLICKER levels of speed with your fingers. No one will be THAT fast. - Hitmen need a cool down for EACH hit, not just each user. 5 Minutes between hits at least - Hitmen can't make hits with other Hitmen - Minor thing, but some people may start wanting refunds for the ATM money if the server for it is still down in a week - Secret Service need to be able to arrest people - Remove the "can not shoot unless being shot at" for Secret Service as it is kind of redundant since that is what we call "Random Shooting" and "Random Deathmatch". It also keeps them from being able to fire at people who pull out a gun in front of the Mayor as a hitman and people can argue that if a SS kills them on a raid without being shot at that they are fail RPing - Musician needs more instruments if possible - Pianist needs a cheaper piano otherwise it is just the same as Musician - Shotguns, Crowbars, and Semi-Autos need to be single weapons for black market dealer as well as shipments - Cut Boxer pay in over half. They are just hobos with fist and different rules and shouldn't get 50 dollars for that - Thieves need more items between each class. Leader should have some type of handgun for example otherwise it doesn't convince people to play a normal thief. Normal Thief could spawn with a crowbar as a weapon and specialist could spawn with a deagle or something else better for raids and adding class variety - Body Guard and Personal Guard need handguns - Terrorist Leader needs a Deagle at least, AK at most - Terrorist should be allowed to DO terrorist things, randomly killing users after yelling something like "ALLAH AKBAR" would achieve this - Gun Dealer Shipments and gun prices need fixing. You can buy 10 snipers in a shipment for less than a normal one hit barret and make them stretch for 10 lives at least - Gun Dealer needs to spawn with a gun - (Not really that important but helps) Maybe let dealers spawn with a licsence - Combat Medic needs to spawn with a gun license - SWAT needs at least 2 max members, not 1 - SWAT, and most CP, should have armor if possible - Remove Earthquake or make it random and not triggered by ANYONE - Mayor and Chief of Police need swapped spawns. Chief spawns in Mayor's Office while the Mayor spawns in the town square. This needs to be the other way around - Mob Boss needs some type of handgun they spawn with. Personally a deagle would fit the job best - Kidnapper needs to either have more handcuffs, or to get some form of salary. Believe it or not, most kidnappers have day jobs - Fix the room in the building next to theater that strips you of your weapons - Fix /drop blocking ALL guns from dropping in ONLY certain areas. For example, today a gun dealer wanted to drop his double barrel. Also here is something that should be done to a new class called "Firefighters" soon.
- Firefighters need a new avatar - Firefighters need a fireaxe - Firefighters need to be able to base like IRL in a Fire Station - Remove vote for Firefighters - Increase Extinguisher ammo or make it buyable for cheap - Edit description as it is obvious they can't rob, steal, or do most of the things it says
Also, stop adding a new job every day please. We have 34 jobs everyone can play as. We need to refine the current ones mainly such as adding weapons, adding rules, setting new max numbers for some jobs, and what not. If a new job is gonna be added, we should already have at least an avatar for it. Firefighters look like CPs because it is a placeholder and that will just cause issues.

You of all people should know we can't self supply.
The ATMs are an exception, they have to be. I am fine with them being down because I think I won't lose my money. If I lose all 50,000+ I will be pissed and I won't be the only one. If no one doesn't refund the people who lost money on something so bogus, talking about MILLIONS of in game dollars, people will just LEAVE the server completely or begin making complaints to try and get it back. I get told by users CONSTANTLY how they want refunding for lost times from RDMs, server crashes. and various other things. When it is still being worked on you NEED to make exceptions.

The models haven't be created for the fighter cause it was just added. The reason for the creation of jobs is so to expand the roleplay situation in the server. Welcome. Also, to elaborate and explain why for some of these.
The hitman can't hire other hitman thing is because, supposedly, two hitmen where sitting together taking hits off each other in order to get around the RDM rule. They would take hits from each other and harass the same user several times. The cooldown for each hit thing is only customer specific if I remember unless it has been changed. I mean a full fledged cooldown on the hitman themselves. Also, nice to know about the quake thing really being random. Wasn't sure there.
With the /drop command, it doesn't seem to work right or the script to keep users from dropping isn't perfect. It bugs and can keep bought guns from being drop-able in some areas, but at the same time they are drop-able in other, more random locations of the map. I made the example of a double barrel shotgun not being drop-able in a user's store but being drop-able in a near by tunnel for one.
The idea with Combat Medic spawning with a license is because they are called "Combat Medic" and can be hired by ANYONE, even police. What would be the point of hiring a COMBAT Medic, only to have guns be illegal and have them arrested in the PD because a cop hired them? The SWAT limit is just to help with RP mainly as having only 1 "elite" member that stays in the PD till called would not be as useful in RP situations where they are needed. They are meant to be the best of the PD, so why have 1 and not 2?
With Boxers...If they aren't hobos, why do they look like them and why, unless my memory is failing me and someone else said this, did you refer to them as "Hobos with fist"? Change the avatar if you don't want people getting them mixed with Hobos. Either way, a small change in salary would still be recommended as they still get paid to much for just being "hobos with fists" or "citizens with fists".
If breaking the cuffs is fail RP, than why even have the option to STRUGGLE if it makes no damn difference?
With "Terrorist" not being able to cause terror, well why have them NAME that than? Why not change it to something like...say... "Raiders" than? It makes more sense and people will shut up about them not being able to do what a real life terrorist would do.
For the description of firefighters it lists everything that literally every class can't do beside thief and gangster and terrorist. It really is redundant. The vote is because it isn't really a "police" job. Only reason I mentioned them though was because they was added the day I decided to make this post and listing everything would help out in prioritizing what needs changed.
For Black Market Dealer having crowbars, shotguns, and semis being solo buys as well as ships, it is mainly situational. Most users would want 1, not 10, and that would take up inventory space for them. This would clear that issue up if they had solo and ship version of everything they sell.

If you have a job that's entirely based around protecting the mayor I don't completely understand why you're going to have rules that makes it so they can only protect the mayor once he's dead. If it's evident someone's trying to kill the mayor, the SS should be able to do something about it. If a man has a shotgun to the mayors face the SS shouldn't have to wait for him to pull the trigger before they can do something about it. - Cut Boxer pay in over half. They are just hobos with fist and different rules and shouldn't get 50 dollars for that Boxers aren't hobo's I don't know if you have, but if you haven't then you may want to change it so they don't have the same player model. That's the entire reason people assume boxer's are hobos.

RPing as a terrorist would entirely mean randomly killing people, so why have the job if you don't want that to happen. Rename the job or delete it in the interest of making other jobs more raid orriented, such as theives or gangsters.
- SWAT needs at least 2 max members, not 1 Why? The entire point of SWAT is to raid criminal homes isn't it? A single person wouldn't be effective enough for such, and in an RP sense I don't remember the last time I saw a single SWAT officer arrest someone all by himself. I understand you may not want a lot of people to go SWAT instead of something like CP but I don't think that means you should restrict it to only one SWAT.

How exactly is struggling to get free from a CP/kidnapper failrp? i can understand that using the autoclicker to escape easily due to it just forcing past the cuffs. but if you make it humanly possible to escape cuffs, then they can in character, try to escape.
The only reason I'd see being able to break free from cuffs as fail rp is if it is a CP's cuffs. Realisticlly, they are made of hardened steel, and last as I checked (going of years of professional experience) steel cuffs are very hard to escape from unscathed. however, the kidnapper's cuffs are written in their name as ELASTIC CUFFS. which means that in rp menas, the person being kidnapped SHOULD be able to atleast try to escape. now I'm not saying make the kidnappers cuffs super easy to escape from. it should still be a challange to get free from, but still HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

Because breaking through both steel and elastic cuffs isn't humanly possible? Imo elastic cuffs would technically be weaker in the strength department compared to steel, but if you're trying to actually break (As in moving your arms apart to break the cuffs themselves) elastic would be more difficult as the material in the middle stretches, while with steel it at least stays stationary and allows you to apply force better.
Either way, since autoclickers or spam binds are a thing that allow it to be easy to break free from cuffs, and since those entirely break RP in any way regardless of whether or not you want to try to say that breaking out of cuffs is or isn't failrp, a rule stating that you just can't break out of cuffs solves the problem of autoclickers and your kidnapped ass can get over being kidnapped for 5 (Literally only 5, they can't hold you longer than that) minutes.
