Ban reports and how a lot of people don't make them.

That, and when it is appropriate to make them.
i.e. How long does a ban have to be for it to need a report? What servers/games do we have to do ban reports? (Like in TTT, I'd be making 100 ban reports a day because of how many RDMers there are...)

Could we reserve a section for me to talk about TTT a bit? I just want to announce that we need more mods, weapons, and maps and people need to be recommending some to get what they want. And just announce it for a little more publicity.

With the ban report, I think we should exempt the Gmod RP for the simple fact that bans are a dime a dozen there.
Just today I've probably banned close to 10 people for various reasons (RDM mostly)
