Disabling a theme's Special Effects:
For everyone with a failure of a computer.

- Go to http://elevatedgaming.net/forums/ucp.ph ... e=personal
- Find "Style SFX: Allow style special effects? They are heavy on system resources.".
- Toggle it off by selecting "No".

It won't on mobile phones, and check the setting from OP.

Whenever I have the page open on the UCP to change it to on/off, the snow works. Otherwise, it doesn't. And I'm not on my mobile phone, either.
