Finished Jailbreak's CTBan mod!
Admins will now be able to only ban people (freekillers) from CT instead of from the whole server.

I like this, because they will not be able to do anything wrong on the T team and banning them from the server is somewhat unfair.

Yes.

But only CTBan for mass freekillers and other players once they have been warned, kicked, etc. It's a last resort.
