About the disqualification,
1. You said more than two, so you mean if only one person shows up the game is moved to the next day? (just to clarify)
2. I don't think it's fair if one person does show up, I mean he took the time to come and play and sign up and all, and he's left in the dust because the others decide not to show?

1) Yes
2) That's life. I'm not going to bend to every person's schedule. If somebody can tell me in advance, I'll have more leniency.

I think labar is onto something with the whole rules thing, so I'm going to write out some rules that all the soccer players I know abide by, of course these aren't official but it's just a suggestion to enforce them because they will ensure no nonsense during the matches.

Rules:
-Never interfere with the kickoff (stay out of the kickoff circle)
-The team who got scored on gets the kickoff (kinda obvious but just in case)
-Stay onside until kickoff has passed (don't cross midfield)
-The captain or "leader" of the team assigns positions, you should all listen to your captain when they assign positions because they will most likely be placing you where they think you will do best
-Since all the teams are already set there is no first or second picker, so some sort of method to decide who gets first kickoff should be established, I suggest letting the script decide (if it says red team gets the ball, so be it, and vise versa)

Again, these aren't official but these few and simple rules are a good way to ensure fairness and order throughout the tournament.

Those are very good and standard rules, I think they should definitely be part of the tournament.
