There's disagreement among admins over the "T's taking secrets" rule, especially on a map like razor. If someone takes the teleport into garage, for example, some admins say it's KOS no matter what because they tried to access a secret like the rules say.. but some admins say that since no one saw them take the tele, that if they're attempting to follow the next orders, that they're not rebelling.

I will be at work that day and won't be off till about 5-5:30pm. (CST) But I am off Monday.

The "taking a secret" rule is put in place for prisoners who are trying to access a secret is automatically considered a rebel. This means if you see them knifing a vent or simply trying to access a secret, you can kill them.
