Can we remind people that this does not mean posting on ban reports when you are not involved, and making pointless threads about good behaviour and such. Intead it should be about taking screenshots, recordings, and demos when appropriate to punish rule breakers. I would've thought that posting on ban reports would make more trouble and work for staff+. I don't think the format of the title of ban reports really creates much work compared to this.
